AIESEC is the largest global youth-run organization, which performs as an international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential.

For 60 years, the base of our network is a volunteer membership base of approximately 32,000 individuals in over 1100 universities in over 100 countries and territories. Over 7 500 leadership opportunities are created for members of the organization  all around  the world each year...

Leadership and AIESEC Bucharest

For 18 years, AIESEC Bucharest   contributes constantly to our society, by discovering high potential people and creating the suitable environment  in order for them to develop and become the leaders our society needs.

On November 2008, great leaders from different areas such as sports, culture, media and business shared their stories with almost  500 students that were present at the Romanian Academy Library, during the 3 days of event.

Octavian Bellu, Maia Morgenstern, Adrian Horobet, Marius Ghenea, Radu Moraru, Steven van Groningen , Paul Nuber were the leaders that talked about their experiences, offering an insight into the concept of leadership in our society to the students present there.
